Description

You will build and maintain stable Android applications in Java and Kotlin.

Responsibilities

• Document code clearly to maintain long-term maintainability.
• Identify and address technical debt within the codebase.
• Monitor and improve application performance and stability.
• Review and approve code changes from other developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Android development experience using Java.
• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Experience consuming RESTful JSON feeds.
• Experience with push notification integration and deep linking.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and Gitflow.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and modern development paradigms for performance and security.
• Ability to communicate effectively with QA, Project Managers, and Product Owners.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OTT development (Android TV/Fire TV).
• Experience with Google IMA SDK.
