Description

You will own the full lifecycle of native Android applications, from feature design and development through to release and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, refactor, and release high-quality native Android applications.
• Own entire features from initial design through to full development and release.
• Maintain code resiliency through TDD, pair programming, and code reviews.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver software increments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and building native Android apps.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and Room DB.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Understanding of modern Android APIs, concurrency, threading, and layouts.
• Experience with client-side persistence and mobile architectural patterns.
• Ability to manage transitions and animations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Android Architecture Components, MVVM, and Dagger.
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
