Description

You will build and maintain the user interface and core functionality for Android applications, translating designs into high-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable Java and Kotlin code.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across various Android versions.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize resource usage.
• Connect applications to back-end services using RESTful APIs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Android development with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, including knowledge of the Android SDK and various Android versions.
• Strong understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience handling different screen sizes and natural user interfaces like touch.
• Familiarity with React for web development.
• Knowledge of Git for code versioning and continuous integration.
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Familiarity with the open-source Android ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with using sensors such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.
