You will build and maintain high-availability Android applications in an agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, reliable code using established software design patterns.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including analysis, implementation, testing, and operations.
• Deliver scalable products targeting 99.999% availability.
• Collaborate with developers to share knowledge and enforce best practices.
• Support operational excellence as part of the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of Android App Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design.
• Practical experience working with Restful APIs.
• Knowledge of network protocols and managing latency and reliability challenges.
• Experience with multithreading, request queueing, and caching.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Deployment tools and processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
