Description

You will execute quality standards activities for mobile wireless products and hardware accessories.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and revise test plans, procedures, and functional/regression test cases.
• Perform performance, stress, and functional testing across software and hardware products.
• Troubleshoot issues by monitoring logs, performing root cause analysis, and conducting field testing to reproduce bugs.
• Monitor customer-reported issues and develop new test methods to improve product quality.
• Coordinate with matrixed internal and external teams to manage testing lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in product development or technology management.
• 3+ years of experience with mobile devices across the Android platform.
• Hands-on experience with Android OS devices including smartphones, tablets, and watches across various OEMs.
• Technical knowledge of wireless technologies including GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G, and WiFi.
• Experience with 5G RF Core technologies.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Spirent or Eggplant.
• Basic logging skills using QXDM and QCAT.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and maintain solution logs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile wireless telecommunications technology and related accessories.
