Description

You will own Android OS internals and system-level framework improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build on OS internals and set technical direction for system improvements.
• Develop APIs within the system-level framework layer for performant use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Debug functional, performance, and stability issues across the entire stack.
• Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded development.
• Strong experience with Android/AOSP and Android Core Frameworks.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Deep understanding of Linux OS and CoreOS.
• Expertise in lower-level OS components and embedded systems.
• Experience with microcontrollers, device drivers, and bootloaders.
• Proven track record with Zephyr RTOS or FreeRTOS development.
