Description

You will port and validate Android solutions on handsets and tablets for the mobile engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Port and validate carrier requirements on new Samsung devices and Android OS upgrades.
• Collaborate with carrier partner teams and Inter-Operability Test labs.
• Provide onsite support for demos, joint tests, and debug sessions in the NJ/Philadelphia area.
• Work with overseas R&D teams and local QA to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and prototype solutions for automation and optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Python.
• Strong Android analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently on validation and bug fixing tasks.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
