Description

You will design, build, and maintain native and cross-platform applications for Android.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build native and cross-platform applications.
• Collaborate with teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code, focusing on edge cases, usability, and reliability.
• Develop features, fix defects, and improve overall application performance.
• Support the application lifecycle from concept through design, testing, release, and support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in native Android development using Kotlin or Java and the Android SDK.
• Experience with cross-platform mobile development tools including React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Coroutines.
• Intermediate experience with Java, Spring, and RESTful APIs.
• Intermediate experience conducting unit, component, integrated, and functional tests (e.g. JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber).
• Experience with LiveData and Flows.
• Familiarity with architecture patterns such as Model-View-ViewModel or Model-View-Presenter.
• Good experience writing unit test cases and debugging applications.
• Knowledge of security guidelines applicable in mobile app development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Version Control and CI-CD practices.
