Description

You will lead the technical direction for our Kotlin-based Android mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Android applications using MVVM and MVP design patterns.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive technical decision-making and implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing (TDD/BDD).
• Review code and lead technical discussions to enforce high engineering standards.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with design and product teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2-3 years in a lead role.
• Expert proficiency in Android development using Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of Android SDK and application architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP).
• Solid grasp of software craftsmanship, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
• Experience with version control (Git), code review, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Espresso and Mockito.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cross-platform tools (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
