Description

Lead technical development and architecture for native Android applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on coding and development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Debug complex issues including memory leaks and performance bottlenecks using ADB and Proguard.
• Implement SOLID and clean architecture principles across multiple Android applications.
• Manage background processing, custom views, and accessibility services.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data networking layers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Android development.
• Expertise in Kotlin and the Android SDK.
• Strong proficiency in Jetpack Compose.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
• Practical knowledge of Retrofit, OkHttp, RxJava, and Gson.
• Experience with image loading libraries such as Glide or Picasso.
• Proficiency with AndroidX Arch-components.
• Familiarity with Material Design guidelines and mobile UX patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced background processing APIs.
• Experience implementing Accessibility Services.
