Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Android interfaces and libraries while defining the technical direction for mobile initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and sustain mobile applications, including interface and library development.
• Collaborate with UX teams to define product specifications and use cases.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure adherence to development standards.
• Own the technical direction of mobile initiatives and support the team daily.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Android development with proven lead experience.
• Expertise in Kotlin (primary language) and Java.
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK and various Android components.
• Hands-on experience with MVVM or MVP architectures.
• Proficiency with Gradle, Dagger2, and Glide.
• Experience performing unit testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
