You lead the design and development of high-quality Android applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture of complex Android applications and make high-level design decisions.
• Set technical direction, enforce SOLID principles, and establish robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Lead the adoption of Jetpack libraries and Jetpack Compose, designing responsive UIs for various device form factors.
• Champion code quality through rigorous code reviews, technical documentation, and comprehensive test coverage.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business features.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Android development experience with advanced Kotlin.
• Deep expertise in Coroutines, structured concurrency, extension functions, and higher-order functions.
• Proficiency in dependency injection frameworks (Hilt, Koin) and modularization strategies.
• Strong understanding of MVVM/MVI architectures, Jetpack libraries, and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience implementing biometric authentication, passkeys (FIDO2/WebAuthn), and Android Autofill.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and UI testing (Espresso, UI Automator).
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Proficient with Git and modern development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering.
