Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and testing of Android applications while serving as the primary technical point of contact for client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete development cycle, including product development, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to architect and build Android solutions.
• Define and manage the technical roadmap in coordination with technical leads and stakeholders.
• Present technical solutions and provide high-level effort estimates to the business.
• Coach the team on library adoption and demonstrate component functionality.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on Android development expertise.
• Deep expertise in Jetpack Compose.
• Experience working with Design Systems and Figma.
• Knowledge of dependency management via GitHub Submodules or Artifactory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python, JS, React, or React Native.
• Knowledge of Style Dictionary and code documentation.
