Lead a team of Android developers to design, build, and deploy advanced mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Android applications that meet performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and application architecture.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability while troubleshooting complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Android developer with a track record of successful application delivery.
• Strong expertise in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
• Extensive knowledge of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and device screen sizes.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries or external APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
