Description

Develop and optimize Android middleware frameworks for IoT connectivity and system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Android middleware frameworks using Java, C, and C++.
• Optimize the Android boot sequence and overall boot-up performance.
• Manage system and user application permissions within Activity Manager, Package Manager, and Default Grant Permission.
• Utilize Android Studio and debugger tools for development, troubleshooting, and code analysis.
• Integrate code via CI/CD pipelines and manage version control using Git and Gerrit alongside JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android middleware framework development.
• Proficiency in Java, C, and C++.
• Deep understanding of Android platform architecture and the Android boot sequence.
• Expertise in Android permissions, including Activity Manager and Package Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Android Studio and Android debugger tools.
• Experience using JIRA, Git, and Gerrit.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SonarQube and Parasoft.
