You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex Android features and functional areas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development, design, and architectural solutions for assigned functional areas.
• Drive technical problem-solving for complex tasks with minimal instruction.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation.
• Conduct software and hardware requirements reviews and critical design reviews.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of overall software development experience.
• 5-7 years of hands-on mobile development experience.
• Expertise in Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing.
• Deep understanding of modern mobile design patterns.
• Experience working within Agile-Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to conduct data analysis to match technical solutions to user needs.
• Proven ability to manage complex system and business domain oversight.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
