Description

Design and maintain Android Automotive applications and low-level middleware services. You will integrate software with vehicle ECUs and validate functionality on hardware benches.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Android Automotive applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Implement and support Android services, middleware, and vendor-specific components.
• Build low-level software including custom middleware services and Hardware Abstraction Layers (HALs).
• Integrate software with automotive ECUs and validate functionality on hardware benches.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Android Automotive software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with AIDL (Android Interface Definition Language).
• Knowledge of CAN bus communication and Automotive Ethernet (SOME/IP).
• Experience with Automotive ECU software development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing Hardware Abstraction Layers (HALs).
