Description

Develop mobile features for credit card consumers within a multidisciplinary team. Own the design, development, and delivery of Android components while mentoring peers and guiding technical vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software features and services for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to define and build features.
• Mentor other engineers and advise managers on technical domains.
• Implement quality-driven practices including Pair Programming, TDD, and BDD.
• Contribute to the technical vision and innovation within the initiative area.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java.
• Extensive experience with the Android platform.
• Hands-on experience with Android Studio, JUnit, and Espresso.
• Practical knowledge of AWS Services.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality applications at scale.
• Knowledge of TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cloud/AWS in depth.
• Experience solving problems within complex, regulated environments.
