Description

You will develop and maintain Android system-level components, owning technical solutions that scale across certified devices and AOSP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android subsystems including Audio/Video, NDK, HCE, NFC, AOSP, and the Linux Kernel.
• Write, test, and document software using Agile development methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Build performant mobile experiences using Java and the Android framework.
• Deliver technical solutions that scale across certified Android devices and AOSP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Deep knowledge of Android subsystems and AOSP.
• Proficiency in Java and the Android framework.
• Hands-on experience with NDK, HCE, and NFC.
• Familiarity with Linux Kernel development.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with system application development and mobile security best practices.
