Lead technical direction and execution for Android application development, including architecture, mentoring, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and develop complex Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Establish architectural principles and conduct peer code reviews.
• Mentor team members on design patterns, best practices, and development standards.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely software delivery.
• Facilitate technical communication between mobile and backend teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years building complex, high-quality Android applications.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Deep understanding of Android platform capabilities and performance optimization.
• Experience with architectural patterns like MVP and MVVM.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices integration.
• Experience with test-driven development and shift-left testing.
• 2+ years leading a development team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Spring.
• Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium and Appium.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
