Lead the technical direction and development of user-facing Android applications, translating business requirements into scalable architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and architectures.
• Design and develop modular libraries using Kotlin and oversee code structure and design patterns.
• Optimize mobile application performance through effective threading and offline storage management.
• Implement continuous integration and automated testing workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of mobile development experience building Android applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kotlin, Kotlin Flow, and Kotlin Coroutines.
• 5+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and connecting applications to back-end services.
• 5+ years of experience with software design patterns, modularization, and library creation.
• 5+ years of experience with continuous integration and automated testing integration.
• 3+ years of professional experience coding in Java.
• Expert knowledge of Android SDK, AOSP frameworks, NDK, and various Android versions.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub SaaS for version control.
• Deep understanding of Google’s Android UI design principles and interface guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex offline storage management strategies.
