Description

You will define and enforce the front-end architecture for scalable customer-facing applications, leading design decisions across a distributed engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical architecture for micro-frontends, module federation, and responsive web applications.
• Lead end-to-end software delivery, including estimation, design, and production monitoring.
• Mentor and manage a team of 8–10 offshore engineers, ensuring code quality and delivery predictability.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Analyze user feedback and production data to reduce technical debt and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for modern front-end development.
• Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx.
• Familiarity with GraphQL for API integration and data fetching.
• Hands-on experience with build tools and preprocessors like Babel.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ionic for cross-platform mobile development.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.

Must be comfortable working during morning hours to overlap with offshore teams.
