Description

You will build and maintain dynamic, ADA-compliant web applications for the Department of Human Services, integrating complex multi-platform systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate new application systems or enhance existing complex multi-platform solutions.
• Develop complex features and UI components using Angular, handling REST APIs, error handling, and authentication.
• Determine project scope by assessing requirements from business and technical personnel.
• Plan integration across multiple technical platforms, designing global and detailed program designs for complex processes.
• Document and teach the structure and function of new applications or enhancements to technical personnel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of web development experience, including programming ADA-compliant web applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Java/J2EE and ASP.NET Core.
• Extensive front-end and back-end experience, including application integration and web service development.
• Proficiency with Java Servlets, JSP, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with SQL, XML, and Oracle database design.
• Experience with Java/.NET Project Build & Deployment and IIS.
• Experience leading application development teams.
