Support and maintain web applications built with React and Angular, ensuring high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex frontend issues in React and Angular applications to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to implement effective solutions.
• Monitor application performance and execute improvements to enhance user experience.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain support documentation and a knowledge base for common technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Angular and React frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for frontend debugging and feature enhancements.
• Experience with application deployment and release management activities.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior team members on best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting support procedures and maintaining technical knowledge bases.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with QA and business stakeholders.
