Description

You will own the architecture, development, and performance of scalable Angular platforms while acting as a technical leader for cross-functional engineering teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Extend established architecture patterns and build reusable components to ensure scalability and performance.
• Lead design decisions, mentor senior and junior engineers, and raise engineering standards through rigorous code reviews.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to improve PR reviews, accelerate delivery, and strengthen test coverage.
• Resolve cross-team technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and address friction in testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and leadership to translate complex requirements into practical, customer-friendly solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing scalable, high-volume web applications.
• 5+ years as a Senior Angular Engineer at an enterprise level.
• Expert proficiency in Angular (v20 preferred) with deep knowledge of its modules and best practices.
• Strong command of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6).
• Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience building custom, reusable modules and components to extend core Angular functionality.
• Proficiency with CI/CD environments like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to write unit, integration, and acceptance tests using frameworks such as Jest or Vitest.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting issues across multiple levels of the web application stack.
• Proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous cross-team problems and improve system processes.
