Description

Diagnose and resolve complex production issues for front-office investment applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across critical applications.
• Own escalated issues end-to-end by coordinating with development and external teams.
• Communicate incident status and outages clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure all production changes comply with Change Implementation Management policies.
• Collaborate with development teams to verify production readiness standards for new systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Equity Front Office applications.
• Proficiency in Angular and Node.js.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Bash, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Experience using Control-M for batch scheduling.
• Proficiency with Bitbucket and Bamboo for version control and CI.
• Strong SQL skills for debugging complex database queries.
• Proven incident, problem, and change management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Asset Management industry.
• Public cloud experience or certification (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).
