Description

You will build and maintain contact center interfaces using Angular, integrating with backend services and voice protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend components for contact center routing, IVR, and agent experience modules.
• Integrate server-side .NET and SQL APIs into the Angular application.
• Implement voice channel interactions using SCXML/VXML standards.
• Manage SDK integrations and XML data structures for platform-specific features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and SQL for backend integration.
• Hands-on experience with XML, SCXML, and VXML frameworks.
• Understanding of contact center concepts including IVR, digital channels, and workforce management.
• Experience working with SDKs and platform-specific integration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent experience optimization and real-time communication protocols.
• Knowledge of workforce management integrations.
