Description

You will lead the migration of existing web applications from jQuery to Angular through Q4 2025, building backend logic in Java to support these new pages.

Responsibilities

  • Convert existing application pages from jQuery to Angular.
  • Develop backend logic using Java to support new page builds.
  • Work within an Agile methodology to deliver incremental updates.
  • Maintain code quality through automated testing and analysis.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Angular and Java.
  • Proficiency with the Spring framework.
  • Experience with JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Competency in SQL and database management using Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • Version control experience using Git and BitBucket.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks including Jasmine and JUnit.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Bamboo and SonarQube.
  • Standard development workflow using IntelliJ, Eclipse, JIRA, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Angular versions 14-16.
  • Knowledge of AWS infrastructure.
