Lead cross-platform mobile and web application development with a hybrid approach. Allocate 75% of time to development and technical leadership, and 25% to production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of iOS and Android applications using the Ionic Framework.
• Build dynamic front-end web applications using Angular versions 13-16.
• Develop backend services and manage API integrations using Node.js.
• Oversee AWS Lambda integration for serverless computing solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in the Ionic Framework for mobile development.
• Proficiency with Angular (versions 13-16).
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js.
• Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Android native app development.
• Experience with iOS native app development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
