Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of native iOS and Android applications.

• Oversee the integration of AWS Lambda for serverless computing solutions.

• Provide expertise in Node.js for backend development and ensure seamless API integration.

• Utilize Angular (versions 13-16) for front-end development to create dynamic and responsive web applications.

• Implement the Ionic Framework to build cross-platform mobile applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Candidate should allocate 75% of their time to development/Tech lead activities and the remaining 25% to production support.

• We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in iOS and Android native app development, AWS Lambda, Node.js, Angular (versions 13-16), and the Ionic Framework.

• Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.

This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
