Description

You will lead front-end development efforts and provide technical direction to product teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex requirements into manageable tasks for the product team.
• Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Communicate team progress and identify process blockers.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to build solutions.
• Advise leadership on technical solutions to ensure sustainability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web application and front-end development.
• 2+ years of experience with Angular 5 or newer.
• 2+ years of experience with Java Spring layer.
• Extensive knowledge of Core Java and J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
• Experience with Vue.js or React.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles and working with backend teams.
• Knowledge of SOA and web services internals.
• Experience with Git, TFS, DevOps, Splunk, and Agile tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with methodical problem-solving and implementation processes.
