You will lead technical development, guide the team through complex engineering challenges, and manage stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from planning through implementation, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving impediments and ensuring resource availability.
• Develop technical strategies and roadmaps, identifying improvements and proposing new technology approaches.
• Ensure all technical solutions comply with relevant standards and policies.
• Manage stakeholders, including customers and vendors, to align needs with technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Angular UI development.
• 5+ years of experience with Node using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience in API development.
• 5+ years working with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Postgres, Oracle).
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Strong technical expertise in Angular UI, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS.
• Experience with Agile methodology, including exposure to Scrum/Scaled Agile.
