Description

You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software across the UI, services, and back-end layers within a business-critical enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy highly scalable, high-reliability software for UI and back-end services.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver functionality across team boundaries and plan releases.
• Participate in design and code reviews to establish team best practices.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams on shared services.
• Debug critical transactions within the order processing flow and perform scalability and performance analysis.

Required Skills

• Angular and HTML5 canvas.
• Spring Boot and Node.js.
• AWS services including SQS, Lambda, and Aurora.
• Oracle RDBMS with senior-level knowledge.
• Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Unix Shell and Perl scripting.
• Agile practices using Horizon or Jira.
• Experience building at least one project from scratch and rolling it out to production.
• Experience developing unit tests with at least 30% coverage.
• Experience developing technical strategy and architecture for large front-end solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field.
