Description

You will build and enhance a GenAI-powered HR application focused on employee performance reviews.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using Angular 8 or higher.
• Integrate RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend engineering teams.
• Optimize application performance and improve UI/UX workflows.
• Collaborate with GenAI and automation teams to implement the display of AI-generated insights.
• Implement UI security and accessibility best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Angular 8 or higher.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Strong knowledge of state management using NgRx or Redux.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI-driven applications.
