Description

You will build and maintain commercial-grade web applications for trading and portfolio management environments. You design software solutions by interacting with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to gather requirements. You develop scalable, efficient solutions that support new trading activities and align with client technology standards. You manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful delivery. You provide knowledge transfer through application demos, walkthroughs, and technical documentation. You support end-users to minimize disruptions to trading and portfolio management activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications for trading and portfolio management.
• Gather complex business requirements from portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for successful deployment.
• Conduct knowledge transfer via demos, walkthroughs, and technical documentation.
• Support end-users to minimize operational disruptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Proven experience building maintainable commercial applications.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and architectural thinking.
• Experience working directly with users to collect and discuss complex business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial domain or private markets.
• Ability to explain trade flow.
