Description

You will build and maintain frontend and backend systems for an enterprise-scale digital platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using AngularJS, Java, and SQL.
• Build RESTful APIs and ETL functions to support data workflows.
• Write well-documented, supportable code following software engineering best practices.
• Manage the full software lifecycle, including deployment and testing.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and requirements gathering.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in AngularJS and Java full stack development.
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle or Postgres databases.
• Ability to build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and system design.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or Git.
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development using Karma or Jasmine.
• Exposure to bioinformatics or cheminformatics technologies.
