Description

You will manage application maintenance and technical support for the company’s core systems, reporting directly to the Director of Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 application issues.
• Utilize MS Office tools for daily operational tasks.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to end-users and internal teams.
• Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of reported defects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12th grade education.
• Proven experience in application support and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of Primavera ERP software.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Strong Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI for basic reporting.
