Description

You will manage DevOps configuration, environment health, and deployments across testing and production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute code deployments and production code retrofits.
• Configure CI/CD tools and onboard applications into pipelines.
• Perform defect triage for deployment issues within controlled environments.
• Rebuild servers and perform system patching to maintain environment health.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure cohesive workflows and provide technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Build, code deployment, and Linux application troubleshooting.
• Expert knowledge of Linux operating systems with hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Ansible Tower, Jenkins, XL Release, or similar CI/CD technologies.
• Experience with version control tools including BitBucket, Git, RTC, Subversion, Perforce, or TFS.
• Working knowledge of ALM, JIRA, NEXUS, Maven, Ant, or JFrog Artifactory.
• Hands-on experience with BladeLogic and Windows IIS administration.
• Ability to perform database queries and updates.
• Understanding of networking concepts including load balancers, firewalls, and web protocols (SOAP, HTTP, XML).
• Familiarity with VBScript, Windows Scripting Host, or Visual Studio.
• Availability to work in a 24/7 environment, including rotational night shifts and weekend support.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Java containers.
• Familiarity with MQ and financial or banking business processes.
