Description

You will develop automation solutions for self-service VM migration, leveraging Zerto and Ansible to streamline bulk and ad-hoc moves for internal business units.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation workflows for bulk and ad-hoc VM migrations using Zerto and vMotion.
• Design governed workflows that integrate with capacity management and network systems to perform pre-requisite checks.
• Implement safeguards including RFC approval and entitlement validation to ensure safe migration processes.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to manage migrations during transitional project stages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or related roles.
• Strong experience with Zerto for VM migration and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency with VM migration processes and vMotion technologies.
• Experience developing automation workflows that integrate with network and capacity management systems.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance within automated environments.
• Any graduate level educational background.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWX and ServiceNow for automation and service management.
