Description

You will manage the maintenance, security, and operational stability of antivirus and endpoint protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade operating systems on servers covered under Antivirus, Endpoint DLP, ATP, SMG, and SMS.
• Analyze security audit recommendations for antivirus, Endpoint DLP, SPS, SMS, SMG, and ATP applications/databases and implement necessary security measures.
• Configure and patch all operating systems and applications according to established policies.
• Troubleshoot faults and resolve technical problems related to Symantec critical system protection software.
• Monitor device and server health, including CPU, memory, bandwidth, disk space, and service connectivity.
• Escalate failures and technical issues to service providers or OEMs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Antivirus and Endpoint DLP solutions.
• Proficiency in OS configuration and patching.
• Experience managing ATP, SMG, and SMS systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex faults and perform problem resolution.
• Knowledge of Symantec critical system protection software.
• Experience with proactive server monitoring (CPU, memory, bandwidth, and services).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
