We are hiring for ES People and Payroll Specialist is a member of a globally diverse team providing mentorship and assistance to geographically dispersed employees across India, Australia, Singapore, and the broader APAC region using the latest Salesforce technology. The successful candidate has strong organizational, time management, and communication skills,  and related services.

*Location:* Hyderabad - Work From Office

*Experience:* 2+ Years

Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll, HR, or shared services environment supporting APAC countries (specifically India, Australia, and Singapore).

Prior experience with Workday HCM or a similar HRIS is highly desirable.

Experience working in a case management system.

Prior experience supporting an end-to-end payroll cycle by inputting and validating employee data changes alongside third-party payroll vendors like ADP.

Strong understanding of regional tax deductions, statutory contributions, and compliance (e.g., Superannuation in Australia, CPF in Singapore).

Experience with APAC payroll legislation and supporting year-end payroll activities, including internal and external payroll audits.

Possess an AI mindset with a strong ability to self-learn, adapt to new technologies, and drive automation in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong desire for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to navigate and collaborate with employees through personal circumstances with empathy and professionalism.

Ability to diagnose a problem and lead correction efforts through effective communication and execution.

Superior employee experience focus with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Experience working in an HR shared services organization for an established, multinational company is ideal.
