Description

You will own the design and implementation of scalable integration solutions using Apache Camel and Spring Boot.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration flows with Apache Camel and Spring Boot.
• Stream large file contents efficiently across inbound and outbound systems.
• Implement payload transformations with emphasis on performance and throughput.
• Build Kafka-based messaging workflows for high-volume integrations.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Java integration developer.
• Strong expertise in Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Mandatory expertise in Apache Camel (latest stable version), including components, routing, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Kafka integration using Camel.
• Proven experience streaming large file contents efficiently.
• Mandatory skills with Kubernetes/AKS, including CSI drivers and persistent storage.
• Experience with observability using OpenTelemetry or Dynatrace (metrics, tracing, auto-instrumentation).
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex integration solutions.
