Description

You will develop and maintain large-scale Oracle Apex applications, designing backend structures and implementing modern UIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Oracle Apex applications using Universal Theme, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and develop backend database structures including packages, procedures, functions, and materialized views.
• Implement modern UIs by integrating JavaScript events and CSS classes within SQL and application processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Server administrators to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Remodel legacy data models for Human Resource Management Systems and manage DB links.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in application development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Apex, specifically version 21.3 or above.
• Proficiency in Oracle 11g/12c database design and development using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS) and developing/consuming REST APIs.
• Strong command of JavaScript libraries including jQuery and Oracle JET.
• Experience using HTML and CSS to customize application look, feel, and behavior.
• Deep understanding of XML, JSON, and DOM structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, or OBIEE reporting tools.
• Knowledge of database migration, performance tuning, and optimization in 12c environments.
