Description

You provide technical support for Oracle and Apex applications while maintaining quality standards across engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency of quality definitions, error handling, and SLA compliance across application engagements.
• Manage the content lifecycle for knowledge repositories, including creation, review, versioning, and metadata standards.
• Build and maintain reporting packs, verifying data quality, lineage, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates, and change control artifacts while facilitating working sessions.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation actions and ensuring complete, auditable documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle and Apex development or support.
• Hands-on experience in Application Support, Product Support, or Production Support environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with a solid understanding of database concepts.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with SLA management and standard support processes.
• Understanding of knowledge management and documentation best practices.
• Experience with reporting, data quality checks, and data validation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
