Description

Design, develop, and support APIs, messaging, and event-driven services to connect enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy backend integration solutions and event-driven services.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like Payroll, Finance, and Sales Ops to automate data synchronization.
• Write DevOps CI/CD pipeline automation scripts to orchestrate infrastructure and code deployment.
• Author technical design documents, test plans, and support plans based on gathered requirements.
• Maintain integration standards through regular code and design reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise systems integration.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Extensive experience with REST Web Services, microservices, SOAP, messaging, and events.
• Strong database knowledge including Postgres, Microsoft SQL, and NoSQL databases like Mongo and Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux and Azure Cloud environments using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with object and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and SQL.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools like GIT or VSTS.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, Bottle, web2py, Locust, or Airflow.
