Description

You will lead the design and implementation of API-led integration and management strategies for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design technical approaches for API Management projects, including technology selection and technical direction.
• Architect solutions using the Apigee platform to meet business requirements and enhance existing applications.
• Define standards for scalability, security, logging, auditing, policy management, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and design integration flows while managing the end-to-end build process to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop technical design documentation and conduct proof-of-concept (POC) work to validate technologies.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to prepare integration roadmaps and strategies.

Required Skills

• 15-18 years of experience in cloud computing and microservices architecture.
• Deep expertise in Azure and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
• Strong proficiency in Java and Restful API design.
• Extensive knowledge of SOA and API design patterns, including message routing, transformation, and error handling.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and WS-* standards.
• Experience using Swagger, Postman, and Azure API Management for API design.
• Ability to formulate solutions in multi-vendor and architecture committee environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apigee API Management platform.
