Description

You will design and oversee API architectures for telecommunications network environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design API architectures using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC principles.
• Define API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Implement security protocols including TLS, IPsec, and SIM-based authentication.
• Manage API Gateways and management platforms to ensure secure service delivery.
• Integrate APIs within cloud-native microservices and SDN/NFV architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API design and architecture.
• Expertise in REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
• Proficiency with OpenAPI/Swagger for contract definition.
• Experience with API Gateway platforms such as Apigee or Kong.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications architectures including 5G, SDN/NFV, and BSS/OSS.
• Knowledge of telecom security standards like 3GPP SA3.
• Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with Java and cloud-native microservices.
• Understanding of networking and IPsec protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java.
