You will design and implement API strategies and architectures for complex solutions.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Define API strategy, security guidelines, traffic management, and caching protocols.
• Design and implement REST APIs using Apigee and JavaScript.
• Implement API security and access control using OAuth/SAML, Web SSO, and SSL.
• Manage API analytics, custom report generation, and integration with tools like Splunk.
• Drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint, including defining new architectures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project execution.
• Extensive experience with Apigee (API gateway) and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of REST API architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth/SAML, Web SSO, and SSL.
• Proven ability in performance tuning and API product feature comparison.
• 4+ years of experience in thought leadership, white papers, or mentoring staff.
• Experience with developer portal setup and customization.
• Knowledge of build, deployment methodologies, and test automation.
