API Architect

You will design and implement API architectures within telecommunications network environments.

Responsibilities

• Design API contracts using OpenAPI, Swagger, or similar specifications.
• Define and implement API design principles across REST, GraphQL, and gRPC frameworks.
• Manage API lifecycles using gateway and management platforms such as Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Management.
• Integrate security protocols including OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, TLS, and IPsec.
• Architect cloud-native microservices that align with telecom network standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API architecture or related engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java and API design.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications architectures including 5G, 4G, SDN/NFV, and BSS/OSS.
• Expertise in REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
• Knowledge of telecom security standards such as 3GPP SA3 and SIM-based authentication.
• Experience with networking protocols and cloud-native microservices.
• Ability to define and maintain API contracts via OpenAPI/Swagger.
