Description

Design and govern scalable, secure RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead event-driven architectures, integration patterns, and service orchestration.
• Manage the full API lifecycle including versioning, documentation, and monitoring.
• Drive performance optimization, resiliency, and fault tolerance strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD enablement and deployment automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design and OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience with Kafka or messaging frameworks for async integrations.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of OAuth2 and secure API design practices.
• Database skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Reactjs is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with domain-driven design and service decomposition.
• Knowledge of Spring Batch and Quartz optimization.
